Balfour Declaration
Balfour Declaration is a statement, issued by the British government on November 2, 1917, favoring the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jews but without prejudice to the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine. The Desert Storm is the American military codeword used to refer to the First Gulf War. This American-led military lasted between August 2nd to February 28th. The cause of the Desert Storm was the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait. The United Nations responded to this by establishing economic sanctions.
