    Focus:
    Healthy eating - Don't gorge yourself, but still eat a good amount of food. Vegetables, proteins, fruits, and healthy carbs are all important. Eat a big breakfast, and don't get so busy you don't have time to eat!
    Physical activity - Since you don't like the gym, why don't you try to ride your bike to work? Walk around the college campus.
    Preventive health care - You're still young, so that means your body is still strong and healthy. Check in with your doctor when you feel sick. Sleep!!!

    Physical activity - Try to bike and/or run whenever you are able. Maybe take the family on a walk.
    Preventive health care - Your getting older, so you should check in with the doctor a bit more frequently, and certainly come in when feeling sick. Make sure you're getting enough sleep, too.

    Preventive health care - Start checking in with the doctor frequently. Get good sleep and don't work yourself too hard.
