    The Montgomery Bus Boycott was the initial spark to the Civil Rights movement after WW2. The initial event was about a civil rights activist named Rosa Parks, who refused to give up her seat to a white person. This caused controversy all over the nations and many other Civil Rights activists like Martin Luther King Jr. were born as a cause of this event.

    After the case, Brown vs. Board of Education, all schools were required to be integrated. Many schools ignored this new law. On September 3 1957 nine African American Students tried to go to Little Rock's Central High. This caused a big controversy, even the governor attempted to stop the students from attending the school. However, the federal government did get involved and the students were escorted from and to the school by the national guard for nearly a year.
