    The Battle of Amies was also known as The Third Battle of Picardy. It was the beginning to the end of WW1.
  • Paris Peace Conference

    The Paris Peace Conference was also known as The Versailles Peace conference. It was the meeting of the Victorious Allied Powers to discuss the end of WW1. To set peace terms for the defeated Central Powers.
  • Chanka Affair

    The Chanka Affair was a war scare between the United Kingdom and Turkey. It was Prime Minister William Lyon, Mackenzie Kings first major foreign policy test. Turkey threatened to take over the area. P.M King was positive that Canadians did not want to be involved a European war again.
  • Halibut Treaty

    The Halibut Treaty was a Canadain-American agreement on the fishing rights in the Pacific Ocean. It was negotiated and signed by the Canadain government instead of Britain.
  • The Balfour Report

    The Balfour Report announced that Britain and it's Dominions were constitutionally equivalent to each other. It was a document confirming Canada as a fully independent country.
  • King-Byng Crisis

    The King-Byng Crisis was a Canadian constitutional crisis that happened when the Governor-general of Canada, denied a request by his Prime minister William Lyon Makenzie King. They wanted to dissolve parliament and call a general election.
  • Statute of West Minister

    The Statute of Westminister was a British law simplifying the powers of Canadas Parliament and the Commonwealth Dominions. It gave the colonies full legal freedom unless they decided to stay with Britain.
