    The queen of England started a company to develop slave trades between India and greet Brittan in 1600. The language they used when they traded become English. But it happened that some words in Brittan meant other things in India English. In India, people thought that if they learned English the wold be able to do much more things. example travel to English speaking countries, read English books and experience English culture. That was a big reason why Indian people wanted to learn English.
  • The Caribbean

    English come in the Caribbean with settlers in 1620. A new form of English called Creole is thought to have started as a simplified English spoken between sailors and slaves on the ships that brought the Africans to the Caribbean. The slaves talked many English words and at the same time they mixed there own launch whit English. Creole is a language but in fact it is an English dialect.
  • Austrilia

    Before the year 1788, there were around 250 languages spoken in Austrailia. It was around 750 000 people spread out over Australia. In 1788 England started to ship criminals down to Australia that was sentenced to life, and they left the criminals free in Australia to live there own life down in Austrailia but the criminals weren't allowed to come back to England. So with time people that lived in Austrailia started to learn more and more English. They in Australia also developt there own words.
