    Daniel Shays. Farmers wont let trial occur so people who have debt go to jail, shows how the National government is weak because they do not have enough money to get the militia to put down the revolution. Wealthy people use their money to fund the army and the rebellion is put down.

Leads to a force bill- if they dont concent then we will send an army in. Clays compromise lowers terrifs before the force bill
