    Born two weeks early on a Tuesday evening.

    Gross Motor Skills: I began walking and running around the house. I would take all my clothes off and run into a room of people just to be the center of attention.

    First Two Years: Cognitive

    Deferred Imitation: Whatever my brother would do, I would end up doing the same thing. I wanted to do everything he did because he was my older brother who I looked up to. I wanted to be as big as him and be able to be as "free" as he was.

    I was scared to death of anyone dressed up in costumes. I would not sit on the Easter Bunny's or Santa's laugh without crying & running back to my mother. I was afraid of strangers.

    Injurie prone: Whether it was riding a bike, scooter, or playing a game, I would fall and scrape my knee or bang my head up.

    Private Speech: When no one would play with me, I spoke to my imaginary friends. We played barbies, house, and watched movies together.

    Extrinsic Motiviation: Whether it was in school, at gymnastics, or dance, I always wanted to be rewarded for my hard work. I would do everything in my power to get a prize for doing the right thing.

    Physical Activity: I began becoming very active within sports. I danced, played soccer, basketball, and tennis.

    Speed/Knowledge/Memory: I began to memorize everything I learned and the rate of my learning increased dramatically.

    Cliques began to be created. Within my group, I got into a fight with a friend because I bought the same winter jacket as her. I was called a "copy cat." Likewise, she bought the same pair of gloves and hat as me and we got into another fight.

    My hormones began to spike and I began to become more self-conscious in my appearance.

    Invincibility Fable: As soon as I got my license, I thought I knew everything about the road and life itself. Unfortuanetly for me, I got into a car accident and got a ticket within my first few years of driving.

    First serious relationship began. I was fifteen years old, a sophomore in high school. We dated for two and a half years. Of course when we broke up, I thought my life was over (silly me).
  • Becoming a Woman.

    Seventh Grade: My first period. Thus beginning the wonderful joys of being a female.

    As I grow older, I have become infatuated with being healthy and going to the gym. I watch my weight constantly and count the calories going into my body at all times.

    Graduating high school, entering college...the first steps into the real world.

    The amount of anxiety I have acquired is beginning to take it's toll on me.
    The job I have at the moment is great for now, but I count down the days till I can quit and get a real career.

    As I begin having a family, I will lose time to exercise. I will go through a phase where I eat more calories then I burn causing a slight weight gain. Realizing my mistake, I will begin working out again, but understand that I might not be able to lose weight as fast as I once did when I was younger.

    The Flynn Effect: My IQ has increased dramatically over the years. Not only have I become wiser in my way of thinking, but I have raised my knowledge on different subject matters.

    My relationship with my brother continues to grow and strengthen intself as the years past. We make a vow to see each other as much as possible and to help our children become lifelong friends. We try to maintain stress free lives by helping one another through our difficulties.
  • Mid-Life Crisis

    The midlife crisis phase of my life happens. I am nearing my fortieth birthday and realizing I am almost "over the hill." I become obsessed with the relationships in my life and how to better them. I want to make sure everything I have done up to this point is what I have always dreamed of. I am not ready to be old, but I need to find a way to embrace the future.

    Positivity Effect: When remembering and sharing times of my childhood, young adulthood and my family life, I only embrace the good memories. I do not hold grudges for things that happened that once made my world feel like it was about to crumble. I cherish the moments I have had that made me feel alive and am grateful for those times that made me stronger.

    Late Adulthood: Cognitive

    Aging has made me appreciate the arts more. As a young student, I always loved to look at artwork and create my own. Now as I am far past retirement and living a pretty stress-free life, I have found my creativity and aesthetic sense flourish.

    I have become a cenetarian! I have lived over 100 years. Not many people I grew up with have survived this long, but it has been a pleasure seeing the changes I never thought possible when I was young.
  • Death

    At 105 1/2 years old, I passed away peacefully in my sleep. Some say I died of a lonely heart for I truly had no one close to me anymore..Some say I died of old age. But I knew it was my time to rejoin my family and friends up in Heaven. I did what I needed to down on Earth. I paid my dues and gave all the wisdom I could.
