    Main Argument: This source discusses why there is a gender pay gap between men and women by proving why women deserve to be paid less and how it is equal. The sources later on try to fix the pay gap. This author is not trying to change anything because they do not see this as an issue.

    Year Published: 2010
    This article discusses how inequality has negative effects on women and the workplace. Melconian mentions that it will take time and effort to fix this issue. The previous article was not trying to make a change.

    The author talks about how we must acknowledge how much of a problem discrimination is. Lips provides facts about the pay gap and the stereotypes that cause a disadvantage for women. The other sources focus more on how the pay gap effects women.

    Travis discusses how society is working on the gender pay gap. She talks about how it has improved overtime but that there is still more to fix. She compares this issue to Civil Rights and says that it can be fixed if Civil Rights was. This article is similiar to the 2013 one. The other two sources do not relate.
