Savannah was christened.
At a young age, we attended a church service where they blessed the babies on stage. It's not many photos since this was at a big church, but they basically talked to the parents and tell them how to be a proper parent. -
Savannah was born!
On February 25, 2004, I was born. My sister was about 2 years old when I was born and we instantly became best friends. I was 8.5 pounds when I was born and I was born at St. Joseph Hospital. -
Savannah's first birthday!
I celebrated my first birthday at a build-a-bear store and I had got a teddy bear that lasted me about 12 years until my sister fed her to my dog. -
Savannah turned 5!
For my fifth birthday, I held a birthday party with some friends and family. It was a 'diva' theme and we had cupcakes instead of cake. This year I had a pinata, but we couldn't break it and a parent had to break it. -
First day of kindergarten
I officially started school and moved from my mother's school. She is also a teacher. so I learned originally went to her school but I transferred schools during kindergarten and stayed at that school till 6th grade. -
Girl scouts camping trip
I took a camping trip with 5 other girl scouts to a farm my former teacher's parent worked at. We went hiking, slept in a tent, learned how cows were milked and we visited an old fashion church and watch them sing. -
Moved to Mississipi
After a family argument, my mother moved us to Mississippi, much to my discretion. I then completed 7/8th grade down in Mississippi, but I wasn't happy until we moved back to Chicago. Guess I'm not much of a country girl. -
Fun pottery moments
(I don't have a picture, it's a screenshot from the videos I took lol.) In 2017, I took a pottery class and I made lots of friends. This was probably the peak of my art engages and I found a passion for sculpting with my hands. The objects I made didn't last long, but I made alot of memories during the program. My favorite memory was when one of the kids ate some clay (on video) and the camera just panned over to the teacher's disappointed face. -
My little brother was born.
My little brother, on my dad's side, was born a day before mine. I was kinda sad, because my stepmom ended up missing my birthday because she had to stay in the hospital and during my birthday they kinda just talked about him the whole day and kinda forgot it was my birthday. -
Anime midwest
This was the third anime convention i attended. I cosplay a lot in my free time, not during quarantine because I don't have any motivation. I attended the convention with a friend and it was her first ever con and I'm happy that she had fun during it. -
Savannah became a stage manager in a play.
My friend had found this play program for romeo and Juliet, and even though we are not friends now. i had fun at this program. It was mostly me buying lots of food and giving it out, since I didn't have a actually role in the play and I just had control over the lights and music for the play. -
Feed-my-starving children field trip
I completed a program where we filled up bags of dried food (corn/spices and rice I believe) and it was apart of a JROTC trip. We weren't allowed to touch our phones in case of germs, so i only recorded us talking after the field trip. -
Military Ball
The school held an mandatory ball and I invited a friend to come with me. The three of us came in different dresses. I had a elegant Cinderella type dress, my second friend had a runway dress and the last had a a cute puffy dress but she showed up like 20 minutes late. I had alot of fun, but I wish I wore something simple. -
16th Birthday
For my 16th birthday, We rented a room at Hollywood Park/inthegame and this was a month before the outbreak but the place was still empty. I won alot of plushies this day and I was so happy, even if most of my friends couldn't make it sense it was early in the day. -
Pumpkin farm w/family
This was recent, but we stayed socially distant and kept our mask on when in crowds. I was sad because my sister left for college like two months before hand and we have never went to the farm before without her.
