  • Encountered a teacher that changed my life.

  • Adopted my cat Simba

    Adopted my cat Simba
I adopted Simba and took him home on this day. He was only 8 months old and very energetic. When we got to see him outside of his cage in the store he imediatly got attacthed to my mom. He kept jumped near her and followed her in the small gated area that they brought out. Even now at 1 years old he loves my mom and our family. He is a sweet little kitty
  • Read a book that changed my life.

The book "Out of my Mind" left me stunned. It was about a girl who can not talk and is restracted to a wheelchair. She is constantly bullied and she cant even tell her parents about it. She even says, "All I want is to be able to tell my parents I love them." But the thing is, she has a brilliant mind. She is incredibly smart, but how can she tell someone that we she cant move or speak? I recommend you to read this story.
  • Recieved a medal for French.

In Grade 6, here at Ruth Thompson, I recieved a medal at the end of the year for French. Lots of awards were given out and I was very happy, but nervous since it was infront of the whole school. I was shocked becasue I was never told before hand!
