  • Sepoy Uprising

    The British had made new rifles in which a soldier would bite into a meat covered cartridge. This went against a very sacred Hindu belief. So on May of 1857, several Hindu and Islam soldiers shot any British man or women they could find. This was the start of the Indian Revolution.
