    In 1948, Kim Il-Sung became the only person in North Korea with human rights. North Korea being a communistic country, no one can speak agaisnt the government or question them for their actions.

    The country of North Korea has a Constitution in which entitles citizens to the freedoms of speech, press, association, and assembly.When practicing these freedoms, citizens are placed in concentration camps for the rest of their lives.

    This marks the start for the Korean war between the North and Sourth Korean division. The North was communist and the South was fighting for democracy. Both backed with their own set of allies, the war had begun.

    It was discovered that North Koreans had been selling human meat so they could survive the food crisis.

    Six million North Koreans are living "on a knife edge" and will go hungry without immediate food aid, the World Food Program said, calling in April for $224 million in emergency aid.
