  • King Lois Money Problem

    During the 1786 King Louis entered deep debth and finally got into trouble because of his and her queen's extravagant wasting. In this year bankers stoped lending him money so he was officialy bankrupt.
  • Meeting of the Estates General

    A gathering of the three social classes summoned by King Lois XVI in order to record ideas to solve his government's financial problems.
  • Storming of the Bastille

    In Paris, France, people attacked the bastille. This attack symbolized the abuses of the monarchy, Marks the official start of the french revolution.
  • Establishing of The National Assembly

    The voting to establish the National Assembly is approved in order to discuss about the goverments financial crisis which eventually leads to the Tennis Court Oath.
  • Feudalism ended

    The three social classes were no longer divided, everyone was equal and everyine had the right to have whatever position they wanted to have (army, cleric, etc.).
  • Bread Riots

    Events which occured because of the women's lack of money, provisions, and food. All of this were missing because of several factors, between them the drought of 1862.
  • Assembly reforms France

    Newly established Assembly starts reforming France and benefiting it's people funded by capitalists.
  • Royal Family attempt to flee

    In june of 1791 King Lois XVI attempted to flee France because he feared for his life and children.
  • New Constitution - constitutional monarchy - Legislative Assembly Created

    France's constitution is wrote again and a constitutional monarchy is established in order to give power to the people.
  • Legislative Assembly declares war on Austria and Prussia

    Because of recent revolution, France's army grew strong beyond overpower and declared war to Prussia and Austria because they were joining against France because of the fear that their revolting ideas would spread towards them.
  • Storming of Tuileries Palace

    In this event the King is arrested by the people as well as his wife.
  • "Jacobins" take over the government

    A famous group called "Jacobins" took over the government of France by the choice of the people.
  • France abolished the monarchy

    The official announcment of the abolition of France's monarchy.
  • King is executed

    The people decide to kill King Lois XVI by decapitation with a guillotine in the main plaza in front of France's people.
  • France drafts 300, 000

    France drafts army of 300,000 which is a huge army for those days in order to fight the war.
  • Moderate government created, called the Directory

    Constitution is ratified
