    George W.Bush signs Execitvie Order 1335 which enabled the formation of the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology. The goal of ONC is to set National standards for EHR acrossed America's Healthcare delivery system. ONC will have high Financial on the country's healthcare system. Later Legislation and regulations provides hospital reimburstment for the implementaion of approved EHR'S. ONC has helped nurses provided Safe effective quality care.
