  • Transitor Computer

    TRADIC is the first fully transitorized computer , which stands for TRAnisitor DIgital Computer. It has been said that it was the first machine to use all transitors and no vaccum tubes.

    SAGE — Semi-Automatic Ground Environment — linked hundreds of radar stations in the United States and Canada in the first large-scale computer communications network. An operator directed actions by touching a light gun to the screen.

    The idea behind HTML (hyperText Markup Language) was a modest one. When Tim Berners-Lee created a quick hypertext language that would serve his purposes.
