  • Beasts of England Song Introduced

    Old Major introduces the animals to the song "Beasts of England" which shapes Animalism.

  • Birth of Animalism

    Old Major first proposes the idea of Animalism to the animals in the Manor Farm.

  • Pigs Develop 7 Commandments of Animalism

    These include:
    1. Whoever goes on two legs is an enemy
    2. Whatever goes upon four legs, or has wings, is a friend
    3. No animal shall wear clothes
    4. No animal shall sleep in a bed
    5. No animal shall drink alcohol
    6. No animal shall kill another animal
    7. All animals are equal

  • Animals Rebel Against Mr Jones

    Due to going unfed all day, the animals make an unplanned attack on Mr Jones and drive him out of the farm.

  • Pigs take all apples and milk for themselves

  • Battle of the Cowshed

    Mr Jones comes back to try and reclaim the farm, however due to Snowball's plan, the animals are able to drive him out and remain victorious.

  • Snowball Suggest Windmill

    To move the farm forward and modernize the farm. Will also be able to introduce electricity, warmth and storage space.

  • Snowball Banished

    Napoleon banishes Snowball for affiliating with Mr Jones

  • The pigs engage in trade with humans

    Going against the commandment that states humans are enemies

  • Windmill Collapses

    Due to strong wind and thin walls

  • Pigs Start Living in Farmhouse and Sleep on Beds

    Going against the commandment no animal shall sleep in a bed

  • Hen Rebellion

    The hens smash their eggs in rebellion against Napoleon's desire to trade them

  • Execution of 'Traitors'

    Napoleon begins the "trials" where animals believed to be plotting against him with Snowball are killed.

  • Animals Begin Reconstruction of Windmill

  • Frederick Attacks the Windmill

    He and his men destroy the windmill

  • Pigs Begin Drinking Alcohol

    Changing the commandment to, no animal shall drink alcohol to excess

  • Animals Begin Windmill Reconstruction

    After its second collapse

  • Food Becomes Very Scarce

    Yet the pigs continue to live in luxury

  • Sale of Boxer

    Boxer is sent to the slaughter house

  • Napoleon 'Elected' President

    Moses the raven also returns
