    Marbury v. Madison helped the Supreme Court establish Judicial Review, and several other important laws and reviews.
  • Sacogowea

    The Lewis & Clark expedition started, where they met up with Sacogowea and is also my birthday!
  • War of 1812

    Was fought between Great Britian, and the United states. American resentment grew during the French Revolutionary Wars and the Napoleonic Wars, in which Britain and France were the main combatants. A peace treaty was signed in December of 1814.
  • Abraham Elected President

    He was the 16th president, and helped Frederick Douglass abolish slavery.
  • Fort Sumter

    The condfederate army ran by General Lee attacked Fort Sumter, starting the Civil War.
  • Appomattox Court House

    General Lee surrenders his confederate troop at the Appomattox Court House.
  • Abraham's Death

    Abraham Lincoln was assaniated at 7:22 am while attending the performance of Our American Cousin at Ford's Theater.
  • 13th Amendment

    Congress passed the 13th amendment which aboloished slavery. All the slaves were now experencing freedom.

    This allowed all races, gender, ethnic, and basically all people have a right vote.
