Stock Market crashing
This led us into WWII. The stock market crashed leading everyone into the Great Depression. Most everyone lost their jobs and everyone was left on the streets hoping to find money to support their family. -
Propaganda during Holocaust
People were led to believe the propaganda during the Holocaust. Propaganda led the people to think Hitler was doing something that would end their humiliation of WWI so they went along with it. Propaganda took over people's lives and they fell for things that caused them to furthermore die. People never knew what all one guy could do to them but the Nazi's took over with Hitler and propaganda sparked. -
Genocide and Holocaust
The Holocaust was an event where Adolf Hitler tried to kill the Jews and came to power over Germany. The Holocaust ended up killing 6 million Jewish people -
Nazi Party
During Hitler's rule, he led a group called the Nazi's. This was his army. They were taking down the Jews while Hitler couldn't go to every one of them. Hitler just led them. So many people had joined the army it made sense why so many people died. -
Aryan Race
The Aryan Race is the only race Hitler liked. Everyone that had that exact race wasn't put to concentration camps and was liked. For that race, everyone had to have the right skull size, nose size, hair color, and eye color. If you didn't have one of those things you were still killed or at least sent away. November 9th the Jews had broken out throughout the 3rd Reich. -
Holocaust
The Nazi's were taking over Germany with Hitler as their ruler. Hitler was killing all of the Jewish people and leaving everyone with blond hair and blue eyes. That is what he considered perfect. People would go into concentration camps if they were Jewish and then they would be killed there. This lasted till 1939 when the Holocaust ended. -
Pearl Harbor, America's Response.
Fascism started threatening world peace. Going along with this German U-Boats started attacking the US. At this time countries were just going after each other to have war. The US was trying to stay out of most of the wars until they had to be involved which was now. When Peral Harbor was attacked. Japan first attacked Pearl Harbor on 12.07.1941. -
Pearl Harbor
Pearl Harbor was Americas attacked in December of 1941. The 7th to be exact. Hawaii wasn't even aware anything was going to come until the Japanese went to the bombing. This ruined 18 naval ships, military airplanes, and over 2000 soldiers, sailors, and civilians. This same day Japan also bombed the British along with the US even Hong Kong and the Philipeans. Japan took hits on the military bases with the British and Americans. -
Americans Response to Pearl Harbor
America wasn't trying to get involved with another war after WWI so they tried to stay out of WWII. After Japan's attack on Pearl Harbor the Americans couldn't take it, they declared war on Japan on 12.8.1941. The direct day after Pearl Harbor America was done with this war and joined in. 26 countries fought together to onslaught the fascist expansion. -
Allies throughout WWII
Allies started to form even in WWI there were Allies. Italy and Germany combined to fight out America. The wars going on in Europe, North Africa, Asia, and the Pacific went international. Everyone from different countries was able to fight in that war but that was their choice. People kept dying and this was because they would stick their heads out within the wars. This is why the world wars were called the world wars because they became international and anyone could fight but many more died.
