  • Pearl Harbor

    After one year of planning, the Japanese attacked. December 7th, 1941 would be a day that would live in infamy. The Japanese bombed a naval base in Hawaii. 2,403 people were killed, and 1,143 were injured.     The Battle of Midway took six months after the Pearl Harbor attack. The Battle of Midway was the first launched attack from the U.S. on the Japanese islands.
