    A tribe of indians that were enlisted for war. the navajo soldiers were form to communicate secret messages. This was so that any of the enemy cannot translate it.

    He was pomoted to the highest point of position after WWI. He lead several army through France to clear the area from enamies. He also lead the counterattack of the Battle of the Bulged.

    A general during WWII who was responsible of planning the invasion of North Africa (Operaiton Torch). He also planned the invasion France, and Germany. He later becomes a U.S. president.

    160,000 allied forces attacked the German troops in beach of Normandy. The allied forces was victorious. Due to this Germany surrendered without condition.

    A U.S. officer who was given a several rewards for his actions, in Italy when they were fighting against the German. This is a big deal because African Americans have never was rewarded for that.

    The 33rd president of the united stastes. This was due because FDR had passed away. He approved to drop the two nuclear bombs on Japan.

    Conference held by Joseph Stalin, Winston Churchill, and Harry Truman. They were there to determan the boarders of Europe after WWII. Eventually Germany was splited into 2 halves.

    U.S. droped 2 nuclear bomb on Japan. The first one was on Hiroshima (Little Boy) which killed 140,000 people. The one on Nagasaki (Fat man) killed 80,000.

    A nuclear bomb was dropped on each of them resulting a total city wipeout. Hiroshima bomb was little boy and the Nagasaki was fat man. They both killed a total of 220,000.
