Kamehameha Rulled The Islands
On the 18th of April, the King of Kaua'i gave the rule of the Kauai to King Kamehameha. King Kamehameha attempted to attack Kauai on multiple ocasions but something always got in the way. The first time kamehameha attacked a sickness swept out many of Kamehameha's warriors. The second time Kamehameha attempted to attack, a storm came and damaged many of his canoes and warriors. That's when kamehameha gave up, He invited the Kings of Kauai and Ni'ihau to ask for there rule. Kameha ruled. -
pu'ukohola Heiau
Keoua , kamehameha's cousin was attacking his land . Keoua was pulling out kalo , dried out fish ponds , and was robbing and hurting his people. Kamehameha wanted to stop him. Kamehameha believed that the only way to stop keoua was the war god Pu'ukohola . Then King Kamehameha built a heiau for Pu;ukohola . Once the Heiau was finished he invited Keoua to talk about peace , Keoua agreed. Two canoes arrived on shore , one of Kamehamehas warriors threw a spear at Keoua , and it hit Keoua.Keoua Died -

This battle was on May 1795 . This battle happened because King Kamehameha wanted to unite the islands together . King Kamehameha battled the Oahu warriors and they pushed the oahu warriors off the cliff. That was the final stage of the battle. -

Kamehameha's warriors we swept out by a disease , then they were on there way to kauai a storm destroyed many of his canoes and killed many warriors do the had to go back . Kamehameha hasnt conqured Niihau or kauai . So king kamehameha invited the two rulers of the islands to ask if he could rule the islands. The two rulers agreed to let kamehameha have controll of theri islands . Thats when he conqured the Hawaiian Islands. -
