    In the visual above it is the British landing in the new world only to be greeted by the Native Americans. You can see that they had frustration between the two on lands as the natives were there first, ultimately leading to violence.

    The sugar act of 1764 was one of many reasons we decided to break free from Britain, it charged duties on sugar imported by the colonies. Another event leading to the revolution was the stamp act of 1765 which was a direct taxation on the thirteen British colonies and required that many printed materials in the colonies be produced on stamped paper produced by London.

    This radical event is one of the most important events in U.S. history, its when we gained independence from our parent country Great Britain. We fought against the red coats (the British) and became independent creating our own government. It impacted other countries and giving the idea for others to go against monarchy's. Now we have independence and religious freedoms and no longer have to be ruled under a monarchy.

Brazil became independent from Portugal on September 7th 1822 thanks to Dom Pedro he forms a ministry that eventually results in the rise of Brazil against Portugal to gain its independence and become its own nation
