    This beetle feeds on cotton buds and flowers, devestating cotton growers, because the ruin the crop. This lead to studying and trying to find out what to do about this epidemic.

    The KKK's major march was the strongest and longest presense they had ever done. Causing a riot among people. The scopes trial was held showing that evolution was not to be taught.
