Infancy (Psychosocial Development)
When I was only a few months old my parents were very loving and carrying, They treated me with delicacy to build trust between us. At this age I was vulnerabe, because if I was not given the care that I needed I might of grew up to establish trust isseues. Thankfully due to the care given to me by my parents I grew up to trust people and have faith in them. I was attached to my mother and father as a child reasulting in a postive outcome. -
Sensorimotor (Cognitive Development)
At around 12 months old I was still fresh to the world. Being clueless I would explore my surroundings by hearing, touching, mouthing, and grasping. I then utilized these skills to determine my safe zones in contrast to the dangerous areas. I then determined that my mother and father were my safe zones. As a reasult I would approach them in the presence of fear/danger creating a bond of trust and love. -
Toddlerhood (Psychosocial Development)
At the age of two I recal my parents giving me the freedom to walk alone with out thier assistance. I also slightly recal them encouraging me to ask questions and be curious. At that age my parents encouraged me to be self-dependant and confident. They worried that if they did not do so I would grow up to be shameful and doubtful. As a reasult of their successful parenting techniques I grew up to be confident and self reliant/dependent. -
Pre-operational Stage (Cognitive Development)
At the age of six I was both walking and talking perfectly. However due to my age and parents' sweetness I developed some schema. I would think that the world revolves around me and that everything that I wanted must happen. Egocentrism caused my parents to question my mentality and re-think their parenting style. I would approach random strangers and tell them what to do/give them orders. My schema lasted till I was around seven years old in which I then got a reality check. -
Elementary School (Psychosocial Development)
At the age of 10 my parents were signing me up to several after school classes such as: math, english, french, and science. They were trying to increase my intelligence to make me competent. They worried that if they wont do so I will be inferior. As a reasult, I ended up enjoying school and being more inteligent than most of the people my age. Since the brain is still developing it is easier to take in information. Knowing that, my parents took advantage of the situation. -
Concrete Operational Stage (Cognitive Development)
At the age of ten I had my first girlfriend. I was no longer egocentric in which I became social, annalistic, and arihmetic. In spite of the frivolousness of the relationship it was a mile-stone. She was basically my first "girl friend." The relationship did eventually end 2 months later, however it prepared me for my relationships in the future. -
Formal Operational (Cognitive Development)
I am currently 16 years old. I am now more focused on my education, friends, family, and physical apperance. I am no longer making silly blunders like saying things that I am not suppose to say. In addition, I am currently excelling in school in which I am understanding allegorical thinking, analogies, algebra, operations, metaphores, language, and literature. In spite of the school's difficulity, I am still finding time for my friends and family. In addition, I began to body build. -
Puberty (Biological Development)
Puberty is the time of sexual maturation in which be become able to reproduce. When I hit puberty I had an increase in my sex hormones. That lead to a change in my primary and secondary sex characteristics. I started growing faical hair, my shoulders broadened, and my mood and behaviors changed. In addition, I began to grow taller. -
Adolescence (Psychosocial Development)
When I told my father that I was dating he was both happy and assured. I am currently 16 years old and I recently started dating this new girl in my school. At this age people are vulnerable to isolation if they do not find intimacy in their life. Most people that do not get attached or interested in another person in their teen years into 20's ends up being alone in the future "isolated." -
Adult Physical Development (Biological Development)
I am currently in my mid-20's pursuing a carrer in power lifting. I chose to enter my first professional competition since my body has reached the peak of it natural physical abilities. As a reasult, I have reached the biological maturation in my muscle strength, cardiac output, reaction time, and sensory sensitivity. Furthermore, this is the best age to enter in my first profesional competition because my body is in its best form. -
Middle Adulthood (Biological Development)
My 25 year old son just graduated from college and he is working in Pepsi. My daughter is 20 years old and she is majoring in law. My wife and I have two kids that we love and cherish. I am currently 55 years old in which I am no longer able to reproduce. My wife and I considered having another child however we reached the end our reproductive years. -
The Elderly (Biological Development)
I am currently 89 years old. Both my children are now married and happy. Thankfully I am still healthy, however my eyesight has weakened. In addition, i now have to wear hearing aid since my hearing has worsened. I still excersise in moderation however, my reaction time and general motor abilities have declined. I am no longer the man that I use to be when I was 20 years old.
