The IB is a world-renowned program, but it's not available everywhere. By providing online teachers and an interactive e-classroom (complete with lectures, discussions, expectations for live presentations, all facilitated through online seminars), students who are in a place with no access to an IB school could still acquire the full diploma with a more authentic experience that wouldn't be available to those completing more typical online courses.
