However this decision did not stop politicians from going around the rule and placing school in the ghetto, underfunding and not offering students the same quality education as though of different race and economic background.

The ESSA ensures that all students are held to the same high standard no matter their, race, gender or disability. It also states that students will disabilities will be prepared for high stakes testing and their progress will be measured. Students are being prepared for college and their careers. I
