  • PARC vs pennysylvania

    PARC vs pennysylvania
    Suit was brought up in 1971 ended in a four part law stating that, one, all students need an education regardless if it was academic or life skills. They could all gain some skills in some ways while also saying the younger the better for classifying said students. Finally that schools can't deny education of any students. Source for Picture
  • Mills vs. Board of education

    This case made it mandatory for all students with a disability to receive a public education.
  • Section 504

    Section 504
    section 504 is a major part of the rehabilitation act,while not specifically aimed at special education it gave assistance to people with disabilities in a more global scale than simply the school system, some of the most well known features is handicapped ramps in building and side walks, and handicapped parking.
