    Built on 45 hectares of the Tlalpan National Park, first inaugurated and opened to the public in 1982, the businessmen José Represas, Pablo Funtanet and Gaspar Rivera Torres began with a great project that, advised by R Duell and Associates, would become the park Latin America's largest amusement park, and would later be sold to Six Flags.

    The park was closed in 1992 to undergo major reconstruction and remodeling. It was not until July 3, 1992 that the park was reopened to the public under the name "The New Adventure Kingdom". In 1995 the park changed administration, reverting to its original name. Also in that year it was announced that Keiko was leaving the amusement park to be taken to her new home in Newport, Oregon, in the United States of America.

    In March 1999, Premier Parks, the company that owns the Six Flags amusement parks, announced that it had purchased Kingdom Adventure. In early 2000 the park's name was changed to Six Flags Mexico, undergoing another major reconstruction for an amount close to $ 40 million, to finally be reopened to the public on April 14, 2000.

    THE JOKER
    On January 7, 2013, Six Flags Mexico announced a new attraction called The Joker where through an image you could see a roller coaster with a purple car and with the green rail. This attraction was talked about since 2012, where a video and a note published by Six Flags, named "Big Announcement / Six Flags 2013 Announcement", announced new attractions of all kinds for the park chain Six Flags , and included Six Flags México.

    MEDUSA STEEL COASTER In the summer of 2013, after an announcement on the official Six Flags Mexico page and especially on its Facebook fan page through various publications, it was announced that the Medusa roller coaster would close on August 18, 2013, inviting visitors to ride the attraction one last time before closing. After this news, the rumors that long ago hovered that Medusa would be remodeled, increased, mentioning that it would be rebuilt by the manufacturer Rocky Mountain.

    Justice League-Battle For Metropolis 4D
    On September 3, 2015, it was announced that a new attraction, the "Justice League-Battle For Metropolis," would be opening in 2016, opened on March 4, 2016. It includes 4D and 3D elements in high definition and animatronics throughout the ride in which attendees wear 3D glasses and ride on moving cars. It has special effects of fire, cannon fire and explosions.

    Galactic Roller Coaster Attack with Virtual Reality On February 4, 2017, the new limited-time attraction was announced on the website: the "Virtual Reality Galactic Roller Coaster Attack." It was the first roller coaster in North America fully integrated with virtual reality, powered by the Samsung viewer. Gear VR and by Oculus technology, to develop a multi-dimensional experience of a virtual roller coaster.

    A new roller coaster for Six Flags Mexico was revealed, based on the Wonder Woman theme, and finally called Wonder Woman Coaster. After several speculations and rumors that a new game was coming to the park, a "minor" class attraction was expected. But surprisingly it was a 4D Free Spin Coaster, a 4th Dimension roller coaster roller coaster, the first and so far unique in Latin America.

    DC Universe In 2018, a large-scale redevelopment of the Hollywood area takes place, thematizing more than half of its attractions and facilities: Sky Screamer changed its name to SuperGirl Sky Flight, Splash to Aquaman Splashdown and the Go Karts to Teen Titans Turbo, the Souvenir shop located next to Sky Screamer, is modified to display and sell items from all DC superheroes.
