Coupons
Our coupon will be buy 1 medium coffee drink and get another one free. Our coupon will be given out in the mail to our customers that give us their email, phone number and address and belong in our VIP system. This will improve our image of the restaurant because we will be giving out eye appealing coupons so customers will think that the company is doing well because they are giving their customers money back. -
Coupon Plan
Our coupon plan will be the customers that sign up for the VIP club will get one coupon per month (one above). This will help because it will get customers back in the shop if they haven’t been there in awhile. Or if they are there a lot we will reward them for coming a lot. -
Contests
The first Friday of every month we will have “customer of the month”. The winner will be the customer that has spent the most money over the past month and will receive a gift card with a small amount of money on it ($10). -
Traffic Builder
We will give every 50th customer a coffee up with our logo on it. We will put our logo on the mug because people drink their coffee in public and other people will see it and will always have that logo in the back of their mind than. -
Product Sample
We will have samples of our new coffee flavor that we will have in each season of the year. We will have the samples given out during the day so, customers can try it and maybe buy it when they are in the shop.
