    The traffic builder would be the first 25 customers who purchase an entree, they will receive a free drink. I chose this promotional strategy because it doesn’t cost much for the business to give away free drinks, since people are buying the entree we will be making money.

    My incentive would be a contest, where customers guess how many coffee beans are in the jar and if they win they would get free coffee for a month.

    The customer will receive a punch card and will a receive a punch for every $5 spent and once all 10 punches are filled they will get a free sandwich.

    My product sample that I will give to customers will be pastries. I would place the samples on the counter where other pastries are because then the customers might want to purchase other food near by.

    The coupon that I will be representing is a 30% off coupon good for your next purchase and it is 30% off your entire purchase. Also the coupon will be distributed in the mail and through your email because many people go through their email on a daily basis.
