    I will offer samples of coffee to anyone who comes up to the counter and asks for a sample. By allowing samples, customers wont be too nervous to try a new drink because theres no charge. This will allow the customers to find out how many drinks they actually love instead of sticking to the same thing. After customers try more products, word is sure to spread about what their favorite new drink is and that will improve the image of my restaurant

    50% off coupons for any small cup of coffee. This will encourage customers to try a new cup of coffee because they wont need to pay full price. These coupons will come in the mail to everyone in the area of the coffee shop. It is important to try and bring back local customers because they are most likely to return daily, if they are satisfied. This will improve the image of the restaurant because it will promote customers to come in and give us another chance to give them a positive experience.

    On the first of every month, I will offer free, season themed mugs to the first 20 customers to come into the doors and purchase a cup of coffee. If people enjoy drinking coffee I know that they will enjoy a free coffee mug. Also, the mugs will be different every month to keep people coming back and also the mugs will feature out logo to make our companies brank seen daily by many people to encourage other people to want to come and get their own.

    With every cup of large coffee bought, there will be a ticket on the cup that you can peel off, write your name on it and phone number, then place it into a large container located in the store and this will give you the chance to win $50 gift card. This will improve the image of my restaurant because more people will talk about it and spread the word about the contest and will encourage other people to want a chance to try and win.

    Because of the fact that we are a coffee shop, and most people stop to get coffee on the way into work, I will offer a punch card so that if a customer buys 4 cups of coffee, they are able to get a free small cup of coffee to make them want to keep going to my coffee shop in the morning other than any other coffee shop that they may pass on their way into work. This will improve the image of my restaurant because it will be convenient and also give customers something to look forward too weekly.
