The reason we are making food changes is because three people were hospitalized from eating our food, so we will be getting a completely new inventory of food. We hope this'll regain the trust of the public because we are replacing all food so nobody can possibly get food poisoning again. -

Since we want to get our business going again, we will be offering some coupons as an incentive for people to come in and get a cheaper bill. So, for the first 250 customers that come in will be getting a 15% discount on their bill. -

We will be doing a sweepstakes for the first 500 customers (so even if you miss out on the 15% discount for the first 250, you'll still have a chance for something) they will be put in a drawing based on phone numbers. 10 people will get picked, and when called, they will be alerted they won and get a 30% off for the next year. -

For the first 500 customers,they will receive a free donut. We will be offering them in a variety of flavors; chocolate, vanilla, glazed, jelly filled, cream filled, etc. with a variety of toppings as well. -

Product Samples
To promote our business and get people to trust our product again, we will be offering small samples of drinks and home-made food. We believe this'll work because they can try something new and see that they won't get sick from the food. We will be doing samples of some of the drinks, and our home-made food. This will give them the opportunity to try something without paying for it so if they like it they'll keep coming back and we have built trust and customer loyalty again. -

The reason why I believe our coupon will begin attracting people to our restaurant again is because they'll want to be one of the first 250 people to get the 15% discount, so everyone will be rushing to our restaurant to get a cheap meal. This will work once we let the public know about our new, fresh inventory of food.
