    MATH-MATIC was made by Rand Corporation. It was designed after Grace Hopper's A-0. This program language was made to improve FORTRAN.
  • COBOL

    COBOL is an abbreviation for Common Business Oriented Language. Purpose is used to develop business commonly file oriented. It was crated by computer proffesionals known as Conference on Data Systems Languages.
  • LISP

    LISP is also known as List Processing. It was created in 1960. The creator of the language was John McCarthy. LISP is a function applied to data.
  • BASIC

    The creators of BASIC are Thomas E. Kurtz and John G. Kemeny. BASIC stands for Beginner's All-purpose Symbolic Instruction Code.
  • RPG

    RPG's main use is for business applicartion. It was created by IBM. RPG stands for Report Program Generator.
  • LOGO

    LOGO's main use is teaching computer programming for beginners. LOGO was designed by Seymour Papert and Wally Feurzeig.
  • SQL

    SQL was created by Raymond Boyce and Donald Chamberlin from IBM. SQL was created for managing data.
  • ML

    Robin Milner is the creator of ML progrmming language. This program makes programming more compact.
  • PASCAL

    PASCAL much ressembled ALGOL but PASCAL is more advanced. Its is mainly used to check for correct languages before a programm begins to run. PASCAL was created by Niklaus Wirth.

    B programming language was created by D. M. Ritchie and K. L. Thompson. The purpose of B programming is usually for system development.
  • C

    The creator is Dennis Ritchie of Bell Labs. This was based on an earlier program call "B". The primary uses are computer game programming, cross-platform programming, and even system programming.
  • ADA

    ADA is and extended from PASCAL. DoD-1 was renamed ADA in honor of Augusta Ada Byron in 1979
  • C++

    C++ was created by Bjarne Stroustrup in 1983. Its primary use is video games, embedded software, as well as server/client applications.

    Python is meant to be used on a higher level. Python was created by Guido Van Rossum. It has been commanly used with the popular sites of Yaho, Google, and Spotify. Its primary use is web applications, software development and information securty.

    Visual Basic was created by Microsoft. It is based on BASIC language. Visual Basic can add important code in a simple way.

  • Java

    Java was created by James Gosling. Some of its primary uses are network programming, web application development , software development and much more. Java is a very well known Programming language.
  • PHP

    PHP stands for Personal Home Page. Its primary uses are building and maintaining dynamic web pages and server-side development. The creator of PHP is Ramus Lerdorf.
  • JavaScript

    JavaScript is used for dynamic web development, PDF Documents, Web browsers and desktop widgets. JavaScript was created by Brendan Eich.
