    The No Child Left Behind Act, made in 2001, was an Act that reauthorized the Elementary and Secondary Education Act. It required all public schools receiving federal funding to administer a statewide standardized test annually to all students. Each year the children were supposed to score better than the previous year of the same class, to try and push schools to have kids do better.

Media Coverage helped influence the public perception of his execution, saying it was an 'end to a dark time of Iraqi history.'
