Charlie goes to a football game and ends up meeting two seniors who become his friends. The seniors names are Sam and Patrick, half siblings who are both easy for Charlie to get along with. -
Feeling Infinite
After a dance Charlie leaves with Patrick and Sam in their pickup truck and has an experience he called "being infinite" where he is truly happy. This is a night Charlie will never forget and takes a special note of in his letter. -
Sleep Over With Michael
Charlie reveals that he has never had friends over for dinner, except for once with his old friend Michael. During the dinner turned sleepover Charlie tells how they stayed up all night and talked about music, girls and a number of other things. This is a nostalgic moment for Charlie as he recalls his old friend before having new friends over. -
Charlie's 7th Birthday
Charlie gets depressed around his birthday as his Aunt Helen died on his birthday. He goes on about his 7th birthday when the event happened, his Aunt was leaving and told him she would buy him a present before leaving. A police officer came and asked his parents to identify the body and Charlie did not believe them until he saw for himself but could not go to the funeral, he blames himself for it and hates his birthday. -
Rocky Horror Show
Charlie and his friends are at the Rocky Horror show and are going to enter a play. In it Charlie had to hide his feelings during it as he was in it with Sam in. Afterword he is asked out by Mary Elizabeth to the Sadie Hawkins dance as her date.
