    The First Industrial Revolution was a time of technological, economic, and cultural advancement in Europe and the United States. Originating in Britain, the Industrial Revolution involved countless groundbreaking inventions, including: the use of steel and iron, new energy sources, the spinning jenny, the factory system, and many others. It was these newfound innovations that contributed to the mass production of manufactured items.
