The lightbulb was invented in 1800 by Humphry Davy. The purpose of the lightbulb was to create light in the dark instead of something a little more dangerous like big torches or fire and candles. -
The Phone
The phone was invented by Alexander Graham Bell. The purpose of the phone was so that people could speak to each other without having to waste paper by sending letters or talking in person which could take too long. -
The TV
The TV was invented in 1878 by John Loggie Baird. The purpose of the TV was to entertain without having to go anywhere. -
The Radio
The radio was invented in 1895 by Gugliemo Marconi. The purpose of the radio was so that you could create radio waves to transmit into Morse code. -
The Aircon
The Aircon was invented in 1902 by Willis Haviland Carrier. The purpose of the aircon was so that during the heat it wouldn’t be so hot and humid. Also to reduce humidity in a room.
