    My metabolism may start slowing down, this would be a good time to continue to eat healthily, but also finding a way to exercise that won't cause future pain.

    Swimming, walking, etc. will be good for my health along with not being too hard on joints. This along with healthy eating will keep me fit and active! Make sure to check your ancestry and look to see if there is any history of heart or chronic diseases in your family and if you see anything or feel weird to contact medical personel immediatly!

    At this time my body may gradually start slowing down, this may be the time to find a sport or workout that is effecient but not impossible like swimming! Also this is a time to check family history to make sure that there are no possible chronic diseases in my future and if there are to recognize them and treat them.

    Gradually your body will slow down so don't over work it, eat right, exercise, get sleep and do everything in moderation! Continue to regularly see a physician, everyone must watch out for organ disfunctions, and women.. watch out for menopause!

    This is an age where it is inevitable that your body may start slowing down, it is important to watch your weight, eat healthily, stay fit and exercise, and to stay away from toxins!

    Having time to relax after 60 years of working comes with the price of multiple possible health issues. Individuals must continue to regularly see doctors, keep toxins out of their bodies, eat right, and watch out for diseases, diabetes, arthiritis, etc.

    Ahhh retirement and late dinners and not having a worry in the world... just kidding. Although this is a nice time to relax after 60 years of working and studying we must watch out for the multiple possible health issues that come with it! Including, heart attacks, strokes, arthritis, diabetes, etc.. Make sure to continue eating healthy and seeing a doctor!
