    20s
I will focus on balancing protein and vegetables in my diet, to create the best possible diet for myself. Exercising regularly during my 20s would help maintain a healthy weight. Smoking isn't going to be an option for me, and drinking would be rare. Getting enough sleep would also be important to make sure not to lose focus during work. In order to be sure about my health status, I would have a medical check-up every two years. Additionally, I would take care of my sexual and mental health.

    30s
I would try to maintain healthy weight just like the 20s, exercising and eating a healthy diet, including vegetables and protein. Again, smoking wouldn't be an option, and drinking would be somewhat rare. I would also put some effort on keeping the stress level low by exercising daily, such as lifting weights, and relaxing. It would also be required to take care of sexual and reproductive health as well as mental and emotional health as I move on to the 30s; doctor visits would increase.

    40s
Maintaining healthy habits would be the most important during the 40s. If I have any problems regarding health, I would go see the doctor immediately. Although the amount may decrease, I would still exercise, such as going out for a run daily. Eating healthy(balanced diet) would be crucial as well. Stress levels may increase, and I will have to handle it well when time comes. Check-ups with eye doctors and ENT specialists would be vital during 40s.

    50s
As I get older, there is an increased risk for chronic health problems. Nothing changes with my balanced diet and regular exercise, though my body would be older. I wouldn't smoke nor consume large amounts of alcohol, and try to get as much sleep as possible as I lose sleep as I get older. There is a lot of concerns regarding health than before, and I would have to check-up with different specialists, such as eye doctors, ENT specialists, skin doctors, etc.

    60s
I am pretty old now, and aging can increase the risk of having certain diseases, such as diabetes or heart disease. Talking to doctors often would help, and learning about warning signs would be crucial as well. Eating habits(balanced diet which includes veggies and grain products) and my exercising habits wouldn't change. Now that I have more risk of being unhealthy, I would see my health care provider regularly. Furthermore, I would have to focus on the details when it comes to health.
