I start seeing withdrawals from my bank account that I have not made
As I was checking my credit report and I noticed withdrawals that were made (2.2p6). I know I did not make any recent withdrawals like the ones I saw so I knew something was wrong (2.2 p5). -
Contact my bank
I contacted my bank and informed them of what has occurred. Hopefully they will change some of my account information so this fraud can't get access to it anymore. -
Contact NACA
I contacted NACA to see if any of their attorneys could help with what has happened. I think they could help me get my money back and possibly discuss with the bank more security. (2.2 p6) -
Add more security
To prevent this from happening again I am changing my passwords and shredding all banking documents before throwing them away. I will also be cautious of suspicious emails that appear to be from my bank (wellsfargo.com).
