    2.1 - Oxidative Damage
The question is how much more the molecules can get beaten up before they all expire with the replacing electrons? That's why the body eventually stop repairs it due to free radicals. So, it can be stopped with a special membrane that nurtures DNA in its healthy condition during the replacing electrons in the molecules. I'd inject it in an egg and a sperm before making a baby so all DNA can have the membrane where the electrons will come in from antioxidants, so there wouldn't be any aging.

    7.2 - Transitions
I always have believed in about how there's something that is greater than us beyond our world and our universe since I was young. I was never satisfied with answers that adults gave the explanations that "explained" the unanswered questions like why are we here? I always knew that; however, it took me a while to actually practice what I believe in because of my family's religion. With the help of spiritual people, mediation and yoga, I was able to transform from integrated to self-transcendent.

7.3 - How did you cope with a major life event?
When I was 8, one of my major life events happened when my beloved Pop passed away. I was sitting in the room and spending time with him without realizing it were the last moments. He had cancer when I was two, but he got surgery and got better to spend all his time with his grandchildren. I learned positive re-framing unconsciously from my grandmom to "Don't cry because it's over. Smile because it happened." She wrote it on a post-it note and stuck it on the refrigerator. I never will forget it
  • 2.3 - My current health lifestyle

2.3 - My current health lifestyle
I aim to have a healthy lifestyle by not eating meat (I am a pescetarian), eating seafood, eating fruits and vegetables as much as I can, and drinking water at least 2 L everyday. I also am following Blood Type A diet as well (no gluten, diary, and specific foods). Taking Pilates class is currently changing my life for the better. My back is doing great. I am also involved in several exercise programs weekly. I noticed that my mood is increasingly happier as I exercise more.

    6.2 - Super's Stages
If I were to be a psychologist, I would be 25 when I graduate with Ph.D. degree and start establishing my career. At that time, I would focus on finding a job that would build experience as well as develop networking. The goal would be having a stable job; however, that makes me happy whether I'm working at an agency, college, or a private practice. It would be long until I have my own private practice, but it's a start. I would be interested in getting more certification like a yoga instructor.
  • 7.1 - Fowler

    7.1 - Fowler
My master story would be very much in the middle of individuative-reflective faith as I am currently breaking away from my family (dad)'s beliefs and exploring my own faiths and spirituality. I have to say that my current, evolving beliefs are very much different from when I was raised as a Catholic. I detested going to church and had to read and pray what was in the bible. As long as I am working on finding new ways and faiths that suit me individually, I am bound to experience new changes.
  • 1.1 - The Beginning

    1.1 - The Beginning
I believe that age doesn't define people since a 80-year-old man could have a kid's heart and a 20-year-old woman can be wise. Of course, people can't stop their biological clock; however, they can determine their own life pathways whether to follow society's expectations by deciding on their social clock. I am an adult now because I am now holding responsibilities that come with as a 21 year old adult. In fact, I am regretfully following the social clock as I am working towards on my degree.
  • 6.1 My RIASEC type

    6.1 My RIASEC type
I am SIA: social, investigative, and artistic. I'm strongly social, which is considerate as people helpers. I'm well suited to the traits of social, which is very understanding and sociable. SIA consists of teachers, counselors, health practitioners, psychologists, etc. That is very suited to my other types: investigative and artistic. I use both of my curiousity and imagination to seek information. I'm currently pursuing a career in counseling field. I am not sure what kind yet.
  • 6.3 individualistic stage

    6.3 individualistic stage
As Jasmine's Great Aunt, Carole, got married, she and her husband only went to a court and said, "I do." This shows that Carole is at individualistic stage as she didn't mind to have her life to be simple and unburdened by not having a wedding. She also didn't feel the need to follow other people. Her identity sense is strong as she only wanted to marry her husband. It's also possible that Carole and her husband's relationship is already very intimate and mutual. It would suit her time and era.
  • 2.4 - Potential consequences of my lifestyle

2.4 - Potential consequences of my lifestyle
Most diseases occur because of a simple reason--people don't lead a healthy lifestyle. I don't smoke, so I have a less risk of having a cardiovascular disease; however, it will only apply if I improve my non-sedentary lifestyle. It goes same for cancer and diabetes. I may be at risk for all of them if I don't keep up with my current lifestyle. I would struggle with a lot of health problems like obesity and Alzheimer's when I am 50 years old or older.
  • 6.4 ego integrity versus despair

    6.4 ego integrity versus despair
Kathleen's boyfriend's grandmother, Jean, gave out some interesting answers when she was asked to share note in a time capsule for her grandchildren and look herself in the mirror and what she saw in herself. Jean had a hard life, but she was very grateful for everyone who came in her life. She wanted to show her loved ones that it's possible to get through hard times. It was obvious that Jean was a very strong woman who think highly of herself and having a strong identity along with wisdom.

    2.2 - Genetic Limits
With our currently advanced technology, the genetic engineering is beyond our imagination. With that, I may be able to reprogram the genetic material that is in all of human beings. First thing I would do is finding a possible (powerful) mutation that affect chromosomes and telomers' length and keeping it that way from comparing it to Galapagos tortoises. The mutation could change the human being's replicative senescence multiply 2 times greater. People would be able to live up to 220 years old.
