Juan Peron was born on October 8, 1895. He was born in Lobos, Argentina. His full name is Juan Domingo Peron. -
Joining the Army
On May 4, 1938, Peron joined the army. When he was 16 and in military school, he had excelled in fencing, skiing, and boxing. Wile he was in the army, he patrolled Italy's development of a facets state for the military. -
Joins the GOU
After his return in 1941 he joined an organization of military officers called the Grupo de Oficiales Unidos. He helped in a GOU coup to overthrow the civilian government in 1943. In this coup he took on the post of social welfare and secretary of labor. -
Returns Home
Peron returned home from war on August 4, 1943. When he returned he had joined a group of military officers called the Grupo de Oficiales Unidos. In this group his job was to take post of social welfare and security of labor. -
Marige
In 1945 not only was Person running for president but on January 4 he had got married to Eva Peron. Before she was married she was an actor and was known as Evita. Sadly, Eva died of cancer in 1952. -
The Speach
On Oct. 17, 1945 at night from the balcony of the presidential palace and addressed 300,000 people. He promised to lead the people to victory the pending presidential election and to build with them a strong and just nation. His speech went down in history. -
He is President
In 1945 the some of the military tried to decrease Juans popularity but failed. He used radio to address thousands of Argentines and made sure he kept his power as a nation leader. This led to him being elected president in 1946. -
The New Law
On September 23, 1947 Juan passed the law allowing females to vote. He was helped by doing this with his wife. was then rebooted and 64% of the women voted for him. -
The Foundation
On July 8, 1948, Eva Peron had formed her foundation. She had done many things including construction of hospitals, schools and houses.She also avoided in interrogation of orphanages elderly homes and worker resorts. -
His Death
He died on July 1st, 1974 in Olivos Argentina. He died from a heart attack. He died after his wife Evita Peron who died in 1952 of cancer .
