My Birth
I was born on Sunday January 13th, 2002 at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, MI. -
First Steps
I started walking pretty young, at the age of 8 months. -
Worried Parents
When I was 1 years old, I always climbed on top of the dishwasher whenever my parents were doing the dishes, giving them a little heart attack because they didn't want me getting hurt. -
Family Trip
When I was around the age of 2, we took a family trip to Las Vegas. It was one of the very few trips we took as one, big family. -
Dance
I started dancing at a very young age, and the first class I ever took was ballet. -
Hurricane Katrina
This was one of the deadliest hurricanes in history, and left a major impact on not just the Gulf Coat of the United States, but the whole world. -
Soccer
I started getting involved in sports at a young age, and soccer was the first sport that made me fall in love with being active. -
First Injury
On Christmas Day, I got my first scooter and I was riding it in my basement and ran into a pole and had to get stitches in my ear. -
44th President
Barak Obama was the first African American president to be elected in the United States of America, and this empowered the minorities and ranged peoples views on minorities and African American's specifically. -
Grandma Died
My grandma on my dad's side had passed away. However, it didn't impact me too much just for the fact that I wasn't that close with her. -
Wedding
My sister got married in July of 2009, and I was their flower girl. -
Head Injury
When I was in the third grade, I hit my head on the playground slide, and had to get rushed to the hospital which I had to stay at for about a week. -
Move
In 2011, I moved from Detroit to Grand Rapids Michigan because my dad's job transferred over this way. -
Cancer
My cousin got diagnosed with cancer at the age of 11. This was very devastating for the whole family, and a tough time in our lives. -
Uncle Died
My Uncle Joe passed away very unexpectedly, and this was really one of the first deaths in the family in which impacted me a lot because I had a very close relationship with him. -
Concert
I was a huge One Direction fan, so being able to see them in concert was like a dream come true. -
Ebola Virus
The talk of the town in 2014 was the Ebola virus outbreak in West Africa. It was the first, and largest deadliest viruses which caused a lot of commotion across the globe. -
Florida Trip
This was one of the very few extended family trips that we had taken, so it was nice being with all of my family in Florida spending time together. -
Building Our Home
During the summer of 2016, my parents house that they had built had finally been done, and we are able to move in. -
Family Suicide
My brother-in-law committed suicide out of the blue which was a shock to the family, and a time where it put a lot of stress on the family because of all the commotion. -
Sweet 16
My parents surprised me with a car on my 16th birthday! -
Baby Girl
My sister had her first baby, Marcella Rose. -
College!
In the fall of 2020, I will be attending the University of Nebraska-Lincoln to pursue a degree in nursing.
