    James Madison was born on March 16th, 1751. He was the youngest child to Eleanor Rose Conway Madison and James Madison Sr. His siblings included Francis, Frances, Sarah Catlett, Nelly Conway, William, Elizabeth, Rueben, Ambrose, and Catlett.

Any person that they could turn into a Britain citizain. Madison finally banned all trade with Britain, but it didnt last long. The ban ended on April 4th, 1809.
