  • 1976 Frederich L. v Thomas (Philadelphia)

    The plantiff states that their child has a special learning disability and is not recieving instruction suited for his disability furthermore diplaying discrimination. The defendant contends that the level of instructional services is to provide free public education to all of its children.
  • 1989 Daniel R. R. v State Booard of Education

    The plantif states that the school district fail to comply with the Education for All Handicapped Children Act. The defendants argue that they determine the appropriate placement for each child.
  • 1993 Zobrest v Catalina Foothills School District

    The plantif asked for a sign language interpreter at a religious schoo. The defendant argues stops it from using federal funds to provide an interpreter to the child.
