    In Stanford University, Stanford, California, I was born. It was a sunny Tuesday afternoon, and I came into the world. YAY LIFE!

    Hurricane Bertha was an intense and early-forming category-3 hurricane. It made initial landfall between Wrightsville Beach, NC and Topsail Beach, NC with winds of 90 mph, and it caused $335 million worth of damage.
  • Atlanta 100th Olympic Games; Bombing

    Atlanta 100th Olympic Games; Bombing
    The 100th Olympic Games was held in Atlanta, GA. During a rock concert, a pipe bomb exploded on the grounds of the games. It killed one person and injured 111.

    Bill Clinton went on to his second term of presidency. He won with 31 states and 379 electoral votes, beating his opponent Republican Bob Dole.
