Vinton Cerf invented a way to introduce computers accross the world in a virtual space, this was called Transmission Control Protocol or TCP, followed by Internet protocol or IP. -

A computer programmer named Tim Berners-Lee invented the World Wide Web, this was an entire network of information accessible to anyone with an internet connection. They needed a Browser as Chrome or Safari, but the most famous of the time were Erwise, Mosaic and finally Netscape. -
