Hillary Clinton was born on October 26, 1947, in Chicago, Illinois. She was raised in Park Ridge, Illinois. She lived with father and mother, Hugh Rodham and Emma Howell Rodham and two brothers, named Anthony and Hugh Jr. -
Eugene Field Elementary School
Hillary Clinton went to public school, Eugene Field Elementary, where she participated in sports such as, swimming and baseball amongst other sports. She was also a Brownie and Girl Scout. -
Religious Affiliation
Hillary was raised a Methodist and her mother taught Sunday school. Her father was a Republican and a World Was II Navy veteran. He ran a business where he designed, printed and sold draperies. Hillary and her brothers tried to help as much whenever they could in the family business. -

Hillary Clinton attended Wellesley College, Wellesley, Massachusetts, 1965-1969. She became Senior Class President and the first student speaker at graduation which made national news. -
Spring of 1971
Hillary and Bill Clinton meet on their last days of class at Yale, Bill Clinton was a fellow law student from Arkansas. Their first date was at a Yale Art Gallery to see a Mark Rothko exhibit. Summer of 1971, Hillary was working as a clerk at the small law firm Treuhaft, in Oakland, California. Bill Clinton followed her and they lived in Berkely, near the University of California Campus. -

Yale Law School, New Haven, Connecticut, 1969-1972. At law school, Hillary was a member of the board of editors of the Yale Review of Law and Social Action, graduating with honors. -
Marriage
At only 26 years old, Hillary got married to William Jefferson "Bill" Clinton on October 11, of 1975. -
Married Life
One year after marrying Bill Clinton, Hillary joined the Rose Law Firm in Little Rock, Arkansas becoming the first woman partner. -
Children
Hillary and Bill Clinton had one daughter, named Chelsea Victoria Clinton, and she was born on February 27 of 1980. -

On June 15, 2015, Hillary Clinton formally announced her second bid for her party's presidential nomination. Tuesday, July 26, 2016, Hillary won the Democratic nomination for the presidency, and on July 28, 2016, she accepted the nomination. Hillary Clinton is the first woman to in American history to win a major-party nomination for the presidency.
