    At youth, I need to be eating well and also getting lots of exercise everyday. This means eating a balanced diet, possibly including red meats, fruits and vegetables, etc. This also means keeping track of how many calories I am eating and exercising off. I should also avoid taking drugs or using tobacco products.

    As I am getting older, I need to work harder to stay in shape by exercising more often and also increasing the intensity of each workout. Another thing I should do is get my eyes checked for possible decrease in vision. Lastly, I need to maintain my balanced diet and I need to make sure I am not over eating as my metabolism could be decreasing in strength.
  • 40's

    In my 40's I should see a doctor about the possibilities of chronic diseases and if I am at risk of any. I should also see a doctor about hearing or vision loss.
  • 50's

    Eating healthy is a key factor in the maintaining of my physical health, so making health choices while eating is something to keep in mind. I am also at risk for chronic diseases at this age, so I should see a doctor about how my health is. I also need to make exercising often.
  • 60's

    Retirement is near, so I need to make sure I am financially set for that change in my life to avoid stress or anxiety issues. Exercising and eating healthy are playing key roles in my health at this stage. Making healthy choices can help with my risk of chronic diseases as can exercising. For more help with my physical health, I should see a health professional or a doctor to make sure I am staying healthy.
