I love ESS because you can teach about anything through the lens of ESS. I also think having country specific courses, such as a course about China you can teach about the language, art, economy, geography, geology, etc. -

Chinese is a language that is growing in education in my area. More and more parents are chosing to have their little ones learn Chinese. It would be great to see this continue to the DP as well -
